17 years and just getting started...
We recently marked 17 years since the founding of Mercy Chefs. In that time, we've grown from a simple idea to a major, global non-profit.
It took our first 10 years to serve one million meals;
three years to serve our second million; one year for our third million. Since Spring 2020, we've served over 21 million meals.
Your support over the last two decades has made this possible. Serving in over 150 natural disasters and countless communities, we've been able to feed people around he world in 29 states and 14 nations.

Our mobile kitchens 
deploy quickly in response to natural disasters and can serve up to 15,000 hot meals a day if needed. We also serve the needs of communities across the country through our community kitchens and grocery box distribution programs.
