This is one of those moments when we need every Mercy Chefs friend.

In Houston, the need remained incredibly high over the weekend. We have maxed out at 15,000 meals daily Friday through Sunday. And the requests for help have continued to come in.

We're finding incredible pockets of need, like a low-income housing community that was without power for days. There are 500 children in this one housing development and most families lack the ability to drive to find a meal.

Our Mercy Chefs team showed up just in time, right as the need became critical. Click on the image below for that amazing story:

We're serving thousands more meals today, as many communities STILL DO NOT HAVE POWER!

Can you help?

We need HUNDREDS of friends to step forward and help today so we can serve families in Houston. Go here to sponsor 10, 20, 50, or even 100 meals:

The city of Houston has been hit hard. Thanks to you, Mercy Chefs is here. Please continue to pray, and thanks for your support.

God bless,

Gary LeBlanc, Mercy Chefs

P.S. We have continued to serve those in Grenada who were devastated by Hurricane Beryl. The logistics on this island nation have been overwhelming. Serving even 100 meals there is about as difficult as 1,000 meals during a regular deployment. And yet, our team served an amazing 536 meals yesterday. To help in Grenada, go here:
